Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests during events and special occasions. The rate of pay is $16/hr as well as a portion of service charges for each event.
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms as per event orders
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Clear tables and ensure timely bussing of dishes
- Provide excellent guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with hotel banquet operations is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge is advantageous
